Elaine Lenoir

Elaine Frances Lenoir, age 83, passed away peacefully under the care of hospice on August 27, 2026.

Elaine will be lovingly remembered by her family and all those whose lives she touched. She leaves to cherish her memory her sister, Candace McGowan, and her nephew, Steven McGowan.

She was a loving mother to Debra Lenoir Hawkins, Roland Lenoir Jr., and Terry (David) Wilkins. Her legacy of love continues through her grandchildren: Brian (Xena) Hawkins, Darrian Lenoir, Angela Lenoir, and Brandon Wilkins.

Elaine was also a proud great-grandmother to Brooklyn Hawkins, Brianna Hawkins, Brian Jr. Hawkins, Remy Lenoir, Jolie Magdeliena Lenoir, Zion Lenoir, and Aset-Zahra Lenoir, who will carry forward the love and memories she leaves behind.

Throughout her professional life, Elaine was a longtime employee of the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office, where she faithfully served until her retirement. Her years of dedication and service marked an important chapter in her life.

Though Elaine’s earthly journey has come to an end, her memory will live on through the family she loved, the lives she touched, and the lasting legacy she leaves behind.
