David Shea

David Thomas Shea, fondly known as Pops, was born on the festive day of Christmas in 1959, in Dayton, Ohio. He spent his final years in the peaceful community of Beavercreek, Ohio. A firm believer in the words of George Bernard Shaw, "Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself," David truly created a life worth remembering.

David was a man of great strength and resilience, demonstrating this throughout his life. His journey was marked by incredible milestones that he traversed with an unwavering spirit. As a man who took pride in his work, he retired after years of dedicated service, leaving an indelible mark on all those he worked with. His endearing personality and his ability to light up a room with his presence made him the favorite of many. His life was a testament to the fact that it's not the years in your life that count, it's the life in your years, as Abraham Lincoln once said.

David is survived by his loving children; his daughter Megan Shea, his son Joshua Shea, and daughter-in-law Angel Shea. Each of them carry a part of David's spirit within them, cherishing the beautiful memories they made together. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Patricia Shea, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms into eternal peace.
