Dayton, Ohio
Our Beloved Cindy L. Sullivan, affectionately known to many as “Tiny” was born on September 25, 1968, in Dayton, Ohio and received her heavenly wings on December 16, 2024.
Tiny was educated in the Dayton Public School system and attended Louise Troy Elementary School and Belmont High School. She worked various jobs in the Dayton area until she became ill and unable to work.
Tiny was a loving, kind, intelligent, and giving person who often gave to others to ensure their needs were met. She possessed the gift of a “listening” ear and often gave sound advice and solutions to their problems. Her friends and others often called upon her and she was always there for them. Tiny was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan! She loved her Cowboys – win or lose, she cheered them on. In addition to being a Cowboys fan, she was a comedian of sorts and always gave it to you straight with no chaser!
Cindy took her role of daughter, sister, mother, wife, grandmother, relative and friend seriously. The unconditional love she extended to her loved ones were built on the foundation of Jesus Christ. Cindy loved the Lord and confessed Jesus Christ in baptism on March 8, 2021 and was a dedicated member of the Potter’s House Dayton International Ministries.
Cindy was preceded in death by her mother, Annie D. Sullivan, brother, William M. Sullivan, daughter, Ta’Nisha Sullivan, and sons, Michael Alvis Sullivan, Jr. and Jamarre Lowe-Sullivan.
Tiny’s beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her husband, Marvin Smith, Mother-in-Law, Ruby Mae Smith, Devoted-Caregiver Sister, Linda (William) Marshall; Grandchildren Hayden Spurgeon, Ta’Nisha Cindy Sullivan, and Jamarre Lowe, Jr, Goddaughter Markayla Hill.
