Billy Joe Madison

On December 27th 1969 on a cold winter day, a new star was born into our world, Billy Joe Madison. Billy, fondly known as Bill, was a native son of Kenton, Ohio where he spent 54 blissful years. A man of strength and resilience, Billy toiled in the labor industry for 30 years, a testament to his strong work ethic and dedication.

Billy was a man who loved deeply and lived passionately. His heart was a harbor of love for his children, Teva Mertil (Herold), Alex, Jessica, Gary, and Mia Madison, and all of his grandchildren. He also cherished his sister, Mary Irene Pfeiffer (Todd), his brother Aaron Madison, and his girlfriend Mary Hastings Drumm and her other children Johna Craig, J.R. and Logen Drumm. Billy was a beloved figure by his children and grandkids, extended family as well, touching the lives of his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and ex-wife, Kamy Hinkle.

In the words of Helen Keller, "What we have once enjoyed deeply we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us." Billy was preceded in death by his parents Gary and Mary Madison, and his brother Gary Lee Madison (Kimmberly) and sister Cathy Dawson (Ronnold), and sister in law Yvonne Madison, and Niece Tara Madison. Billy's spirit continues to be a beacon of light for those who knew and loved him, illuminating their paths with cherished memories.
